Tomorrow - Friday - noon I will be sailing for 2 hours and 45 minutes to the Westmann Islands south of Iceland to meet with our church there for Sabbath. It is my prayer that we will be experiencing discipleship once more more.
In order to experience real discipleship we need to know Jesus on a personal basis, and this is a relationship the gate of Hades will not overcome. But will Hell still do us some damage?
Will we also receive the keys Jesus promised Peter?
What do we have to reject for this relationship with Christ?
Do we experience the pleasures of sin for a short time? How?
Will self-denial take care of eternal life for us? Does that only refer to this life?
What kind of persecutions may we experience?
