Why is it not biblical to be warmhearted? This lesson indicates it is a delusion. Why?

Today I got my new hearing aids. They are much better than any hearing aids I have used before.

It is the first time in many years I hear sounds in stereo.

What do we need to hear the voice of God? How can this lesson help me to know the will of God?
