The Osteen video seems to have been removed. If somebody has an indication of where else that could be located, it would be very good to have this information made available to we all.

Yes, that is good idea.
I took the initiative to send to the Osteen's ministry the series of Bible arguments that I posted here on the subject. They sent no response, but I hope it will be a contribution to reinforce their advocacy of theses important Bible truths.

One has to start somewhere and it's not realistic to expect a majority of people to give up all meat. And then why stop at simply being vegetarian when a raw vegan diet may even be healthier?
