We were just watching a program on our TV introducing the best singers from our country (Iceland). This evening it was the 37-year old Gardar Thor Cortes whom some critics have introduced as the new Luciano Pavarotti. Gardar has appeared in several of the greatest music halls in the world, including New York and London.
It was remarkable how Gardar mentioned in the interview that he is an Adventist from childhood, and that he endeavors to participate in his church and live according to its principles. Both his father and mother, who are church members as well, appeared with him in the program.
