Post by: Johann on May 30, 2012, 04:11:38 PM
How can we sharpen our vision in this direction?

What can prevent us from becoming living ministers?

Charges have been dropped against 19 year old Honor Student Diane Tran for missing classes because she had to work too hard. She was given 24 hours in jail and a fine. Now she is becoming a national hero.

Does this illustrate some points in this Sabbath School lesson?

Quote
Luke 9:46-49

New International Version (NIV)

46 An argument started among the disciples as to which of them would be the greatest. 47 Jesus, knowing their thoughts, took a little child and had him stand beside him. 48 Then he said to them, “Whoever welcomes this little child in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me welcomes the one who sent me. For it is the one who is least among you all who is the greatest.”

49 “Master,” said John, “we saw someone driving out demons in your name and we tried to stop him, because he is not one of us.”

What does this text say about evangelism?

Is it the responsibility of each church to keep a record of the talents of each member of the church and evaluate how these can be used to proclaim the gospel?

What does the lesson say about this? Scripture? Ellen White?

What is your personal relationship with your local church?

Is there a comparison between your relationship with God and with the Church?

What relationship are we to have with non-Christian neighbors? Relatives?
