The Illinois AG doesn't seem to list 3ABN. Any idea why?

From the publicly available financial reports:

Danny's reported compensation:

2016: $86,555
2017: $89,590
2018: $216,218
2019: $208,065

3ABN's purchases from Danny's publishing company, DLS Publishing:

2016: $141,397
2017: $543,519
2018: $458,340
2019: $345,403

It would be nice to know how much Danny is charging 3ABN per disc. $10 a disc would mean that Danny is making considerable more from his 3ABN activities than $200,000+ per year, whereas $1 a disk would not mean that at all.

3ABN's payments to Tommy Shelton's company:

2016: $0
2017: $10,597
2018: $17,730
2019: $12,945

Identified as CEO on p. 7 of Form 990:

2016: No one identified
2017: No one identified
2018: Danny Shelton
2019: Danny Shelton

Identified as President on p. 7 of Form 990:

2016: Danny Shelton
2017: Danny Shelton
2018: Greg Morikone
2019: Greg Morikone

https://www.illinoisattorneygeneral.gov/charities/charities_faq.html Perhaps the charity is not current in its reporting to Illinois?

Look in spite of all that has happened and continues to happen there I do not hate 3ABN. One of my concerns is that if a charity reports late with the government agencies after all extensions aren't they supposed to loose their 501c3 status which I do not want to see happen? When are the deadlines and are they complying with all the regulations? And aside from the danger of the possibility of adopting a Daniel 4:30 attitude about 3ABN etc and the money drain, there are humble dedicated volunteers who are serving the Lord there and there are some ministries who are using 3ABN just as they are also using TBN and non Adventist stations on other networks at times.

Looks like they have been filing in mid November.  The end of the fiscal year being end of December and with an extension their deadline is the 15th of November for the IRS. Which is coming up in about a month. Not sure about why they would not be filing in Illinois any other state or what the status is there and why they are not listed in Illinois.

Why would 3ABN need to purchase anything from DS?

There seems to be no candid answer to that question. At least not one that does not make the poster seem unkind.
