1 package lentils
4 cans vegetable broth
3 cans tomato sauce
1 large can diced tomatoes
4 carrots
3 potatoes-diced
1 large onion-diced
6 gloves of garlic diced
1tbs basil
2 tysp cumin
salt to taste
1/4 cube butter or butter substitute
Put all in crock pot and simmer. Best if made day before serving
