John's Tahini Salad Dressing
Yield: 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients:
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup organic sunflower oil
1/4 cup Bragg's Liquid Aminos
1/3 cup tahini
1 Tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 garlic clove, peeled
1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup
1/4 cup water
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a blender and process until completely smooth. Toss salad with dressing.
