I have no doubt that someone will disagree that the following is a "healthy choice" but I know it is healthier than many other choices for celebrating.
This week Bonnie and her husband have been celebrating their birthdays with their family. I have been lead to believe this is the cake that has been made and served at least twice this week in some variation.
Bake a regular cake,pint of whipping cream,1 box of jello pudding, any flavor. Not the instant kind. Whip cream and jello mix and frost.
Adding a layer of fresh strawberries or blueberries makes it even better in the Frito Lay kind of way. ; )
