If you have any Amish markets or where they sell meats in your area you can also get it there. There is several types of spices for sausage. One is Breakfast sausage and others. The breakfast spices they use for sausage are what to choose. If you can't find any I could send you some for a try. We are in a huge community where Amish and Mennonite farm. So all is easy to get.
