Resource for Prayer
« on: December 11, 2008, 02:14:36 AM »

Just recently I have been introduced to the prayer ministry of Dan Augsburger who teaches at Andrews University. His father was my favorite language teacher in college many years ago.

Dan Augsburger has a home page

<www.Path2Prayer.com>

where there is an Intercessory Prayer Link, and there are numerous links to material on prayer.

Would you like to take a look and report your findings here?

Dan has appeared on 3ABN and HOPE, and he travels widely with his preaching and seminars, besides teaching at Andrews.

In my early childhood my parents taught me to say this prayer in the morning:

"Take me, O Lord, as wholly Thine. I lay all my plans at Thy feet. Use me today in Thy service. Abide with me, and let all my work be wrought in Thee."

Genesis 19:27
And Abraham got up early in the morning to the place where he stood before the LORD;

Jesus also prayed early in the morning. Should we?
