New Save 3ABN Website
« on: March 13, 2008, 06:14:28 AM »

Just to make it clear, the old domain names Save3ABN.com and Save3ABN.org were bought by 3ABN.

But the material has to be available until the litigation is over, so one can still find it all at http://www.Save-3ABN.com.

Spread the word to those who wonder.

Did 3ABN actually buy an pay for them?  I was not aware of that!

I do see the other sites up and functioning online.

I have heard that they did, Artiste.  But of course I don't know that for sure.  But it also looks like that bankruptcy case is stalled.  I wonder if it still going forward or if Mr. Joy's situation has changed for the better.  But then, if that were the case, and 3ABN really did pay for that domain and then the bankruptcy were to be dismissed...who really owns that asset?

I checked on WHOIS and save-3abn.com is NOT listed as being owned by 3-ABN.

However,  save-3ABN.org is listed as being owned by 3-ABN.  It should be noted that none of the former information is now available on this website.

I tried Save3abn.org and it now redirects to Savedthru3abn.org!  Amazing!  That's the one entitled Save Thru Jesus by 3ABN!

Save3abn.com doesn't appear to go anywhere.

Snoopy, who would logically own it then?

Or is that just a moot point now that the other sites are well established with all the information on them?

Well, that's a great question Artiste!  And I'm not exactly sure of the answer as I am not a bankruptcy expert nor an attorney.  Like you say, who really owns the domain name could very well be a moot point by now.  But the really interesting follow on question might be, if the bankruptcy case truly does get dismissed...did 3ABN just pay $5,000 for an asset that is now no longer for sale??  Who holds the bag then??  The bankruptcy trustee?

It seemed that there were questions back then about the actions/motives of the bankruptcy trustee...
