Can Someone Tell me

How to check the header's on email's. I knew at one time but have not had to sue it for so long I have forgotten and am drawing a blank

On yahoo you have to go to the lower right hand corner of your email and click on full headers, it should bring up either a new window or it will then put it in the address info for your email. On other email sources it may be different. Like on the one I have, you click on view source. If you need any other information maybe I will be able to come up with it. Just let me know via PM.
