Raw porridge

Johann:
1 cup cold water
1/4 cup oats
1/2 banana
2 spoons soy flour without the bitter taste
6-8 almonds
3-4 frozen strawberries

In a standard mixer the ingredients are added one by one. Preferably at the fastest speed, but have the lid on while the mixer is running. Mix until smooth.

Serve with raisins. I do not add the raisins in the mixer because I need something to chew on.

Other ingredients can be added. Sweeteners should not be needed, but honey can be added if necessary.
