With the new threat of litigation against "Save 3ABN" and the opinion expressed by one of our members that what Danny Shelton fears most is that a 3ABN scandal will be publicized, it appears that there is an attempt by 3ABN to activate multiple layers of cover-ups.
We are in the midst of a possible settlement between victim Alex Walker and imprisoned pedophile Tommy Shelton along with 3ABN--for a cover up.
It is unknown by us what monetary figures are being considered. Alex Walker's lawsuit called for five million dollars in reparations.
"Save 3ABN" has been making information available to the public on 3ABN's wrong doings since 2008. Already, Danny Shelton and 3ABN have attempted to shut down "Save 3ABN" by extensive legal efforts against Bob Pickle and Gailon Joy...only to drop their lawsuit when threatened by the possible exposure of sensitive secret documents proving financial and other misdoings by Danny Shelton. "Save 3ABN" itself was transmogrified into multiple duplicate web sites (16?) that were beyond the reach of 3ABN.
(One interesting result of this litigation was the surprise emergence of Bob Pickle as a formidable legal opponent, defending himself "pro se".)
Now it seems that 3ABN is feeling uncomfortable once more with the information available to the public on "Save 3ABN" and is trying yet again to...cover up.
