Forum Moderators Capability & Authority

As a result of the activity over the weekend during a time that I was unable to be online for any length of time, the Forum Moderators now has the global ability and authority to ban any considered to be disruptive member for a one day or two days cooling off period. 

A reason will be stated for the ban by the person issuing the ban in the ban statement.

The Admin Team will then investigate the reason for the ban and whether or not anything further is required.

The cooling off ban will intitially be a cooling off posting ban only by the Forum Moderators, however, the ban may be modified further by the Administrator or the Global Moderator, but normally after discussing the reason for the cooling off posting ban with the other available members of the Admin Team.
