Chick Spread

A tasty spread for sandwiches, great on toast with a hot bowl of soup!

Ingredients:

1 Rib of Celery
1/2 Medium Onion
1 - 16oz Can Garbanzo Beans, Drained
1/2 Cup Firm Tofu, Drained & Squeezed
Juice of 1 Lemon
1/2 Cup Walnuts
1/4 Teaspoon Seasoning Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions:

Throw all ingredients into food processor and puree until smooth.
