Ian - Crystal has never stated anything as fact that I can remember.  She asked questions.  Some things I choose to ignore as there is enough that is documented to convince me.

I still haven't had a chance to review the 2007 Annual Report in detail, but I did notice one interesting thing.  Remember the $1.1M in legal fees from the IRS Form 990??  In the Annual Report they are referred to as "Professional Fees"!!  Now, why the change?  Are they trying to hide the fact that they spent over $1M of donor funds "defending the truth"?  Why try to camouflage that?  Why not just call it what it is?
