Jim Gilley bought the big yellow house where Danny and Linda lived before their divorce. Now there are for sale signs in the yard and the grass has grown VERY high. Where does Jim Gilley live? Why is his house in Thompsonville for sale?

Seems from the lack of any reply, it seems that nobody else knows why.

Sorry Daryl, but I have no inside knowledge on this matter. I was hoping that someone else was better informed. Any answer I gave would only be conjecture on my part. Perhaps he is moving back to Texas?

Maybe DS will "do a solid" for Gilley and buy it back for a huge chunk of change.

Does anyone know of any other instances in the history of Seventh-day Adventism where someone gets caught red handed lying to cover up child molestation allegations, and gets to be vice-chairman of the board, and a member of the executive committee? According to one affidavit, Danny had the nerve to try to talk a boy out of going to the police to report that he had been molested.

Bob, I agree that it is a travesty of justice, but what does that have to do with this topic? Also, Danny behavior in other areas have also been grievous.

Inside sources say that he is no longer living there, that is why he is selling it.

I know he is no longer living there...but where is he living now? Temporary housing, before moving back to Texas?

Don't know where he is now but he is still scheduled for two (overlaping) tours in November.

I got a call from someone today who claimed that they drove by Jim Gilley's house and saw the For Sale signs and long grass, but then just went by again and didn't see any signs or long grass.

Well, well, well...it seems with lack of any other clandestine gossip to share over on Pickle's forum, they have come up with the thought that just perhaps Jim Gilley is leaving 3ABN. After all, there seems to be a "for sale" sign out and his poor lawn needs to be mowed, so they say. Would this make it a time to celebrate?

All false. No, I don't need to prove it. Just go visit 3ABN and you'll see what everyone else is seeing--that some people are just plain weird on Pickle's forum and love to find something "bad" under every bush.

So to repeat the actual truth that Bob has now verified from a second source: There were for sale signs in front of Gilleys house and the grass was overgrown. Now the signs have been removed and the grass has been mowed.

Logical deductions would be:
the house was for sale and no one was there to mow the lawn.

What real estate company was listed on the sign(s)? Anyone know?
