Cream of Broccoli Soup

Tasty on a cold winter's day!

Ingredients:

    2 cups chopped broccoli, fresh or frozen
    2 cups vegetable broth
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 cup plain soy creamer
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Place all ingredients except soy creamer in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 5-7 minutes.

Puree in blender or use an immersion blender. Stir in soy creamer and serve.

Makes 2 servings.
