The honorable, Judge Robert M. Dow, Jr
, today DENIED 3ABN's motion to dismiss in Walker vs. Three Angels Broadcasting Network & Tommy Shelton! However, they did transfer the case to the Southern Court of Illinois.
-
Well that is good news! Was this with or without the knowledge of the TS guilty plea?
-
What is expected to happen next in the Walker vs. 3ABN and Tommy Shelton case?
-
So, SirMyzer...posed a great question:
Why hasn't my case been transferred yet?
I spoke to the court this week and they informed me there is a 15 day minimum waiting period before a case is transferred to another court. They informed me it should be transferred possibly by the end of this week (if it hasn't already).
As many of you know....the Judge in Chicago's federal court...denied 3ABN's motion to dismiss, however, they did transfer the Federal court in Benton, Illinois.
So, have no fear 3ABN defender's. NO the case has not been dropped, nor will it be. Keep up your wishful thinking!

Artist: The case has been moved to Southern Illinois federal court in Benton. We are waiting for that too occur.
-
I was informed today that the case has been tranferred to East St Louis and not Benton. My understanding is that the chief judge of the district has been assigned my case.

Do you find the change acceptable, Alex? What happens next?
-
Yes, because I currently live in Indianapolis. That will make flight travel better for me.
Right now, we wait and see what the judge of the Chicago circuit court decides regarding the insurance lawsuit.
-
I would also note....3ABN did not get the court they wanted, either. They was hoping it would be tranferred to Benton. Well it didn't.

:horse: :horse: Horsethief might fancy a few of Danny's horses.

In December the Benton court was still under renovation. It might still be.

Breeding can be quite a lucrative affair with the right fillies. Sometimes one acquires a new filly as a knee-jerk reaction, but when one is careful and not in a hurry as they choose new stock they increase their chances of finding much better breeds and prolific breeders.
-
Do you mean darker fillies?
-
Fillies are fun for young stallions, and legal. But not for these wrinkled up geldings with dyed manes.

I have no knowledge of that. If that's the case than that explains why.
