Great Westphal article
« on: December 04, 2008, 11:49:03 PM »

I was just reading Leonard Westphal's article about anger in the latest issue of 3ABN World. http://3abn.org/pdf/world/3ABN-World-2009-01.pdf

I think it is great that someone has finally spoken up about the issue of anger in our lives. Did Dr. Westphal get his PhD as an anger management specialist? I wish that he would share more with us the secrets to controlling anger.

I am reminded of Fran's pronouncements against 3ABN in those other two threads.

Please!

Isn't he the guy that handled the Trust Funds and fired ALL of his employees because he was RIGHT and all of them were WRONG?  Oh, I'm sorry, he let Mollie do all that the dirty angry work.  Maybe he wasn't angry at the time, but Mollie was?  I am sure they dropped their lawsuit against Westfall because they repented of THEIR anger at Westphal?  Maybe that was it?  Surely they were not black balled into shape, or were they?  That is the results of anger management?  Give me a break!

He was aware the Trust Funds were being borrowed!  That is one way to handle anger.  That and a great big fat paycheck!  I won't be reading that article.

Anger Management needs to be addressed, yes, but it needs to be by someone else.  Someone that is not part of the evil at 3ABN.  Anger Management needs to be addressed from the pulpit and Men's and Women's Ministries.  Camp Meetings need to conduct workshops.  The Adventist Review needs to address the Church at large about it.

From this day forward, we need to look to those that represent Christ and His Church in all they do.

Did Westphal ever apologize to his then wife for breaking her foot? How about to that worker he screamed at until the worker ended up in the hospital with an ulcer, if I recall the allegation correctly?

Since we are talking about Westphal, did he ever pay fair market price to 3ABN for those expensive paintings in his home that someone had donated to 3ABN? Did he ever pay anything at all? Or did he ever pay full market price for those grave plots donated to 3ABN?

Now if 3ABN or Westphal can disprove any of these allegations others gave to us, I think that would be wonderful. I hate having bogus allegations floating around. The problem is that 3ABN and Westphal had an excellent opportunity to disprove every one of these, and they instead chose to refuse to produce documents to the contrary for about a year now, and instead chose to dismiss the suit.

Thus, one would not be abnormal to conclude that these allegations are probably true, and that Shelton and all his cronies knew it.
