Will the criminal proceedings against Tommy Shelton scheduled for later this month really happen this time?

Yes - the criminal proceedings will move forward as scheduled.
No - TS will suffer from another stroke or another medical problem before then and be declared unable to withstand trial.
No - TS will successfully present a non-medical reason to request a continuance.
No - DS and TS will engage in successful witness tampering with stepped-up intimidation and threats, effectively halting the criminal proceedings.
No - TS will negotiate a plea agreement.

Countdown to the Shelton criminal trials

Just a little over two weeks until the first scheduled criminal trial.  Do you think they will actually happen this time?

Why is there so much interest in the state of Tommy Shelton's health?

What about the Tommy-induced pathologies of the victims?

I changed the poll a bit.  I replaced option 5 (which had 0 votes) to say "No - TS will negotiate a plea agreement."

And I enabled the option for users to change their vote.
