**BREAKING** ACORN Sues Hidden-Camera Filmmakers, Breitbart.com

Comments under the above story include the following, which show that it is common knowledge that if you sue, you have to produce documents. Interesting how the last commenter quoted below sounds like the magistrate in southern Illinois, who said that 3ABN had opened a very large can of worms by suing us.

"Discovery should be interesting."

"Can ACORN really be so stupid as to open themselves up to discovery?"

"Oh goody! Can an organization possibly be more stupid?"

"playing right into their hands, lol, dumbest thing they could ever do"

"ACORN? Lawsuit? Discovery? Yeah, right! Those people don't have a clue. Someone needs to file a motion to compell..........."

"This is despicable, but also SO stupid, as to be hilarious!

"ACORN has just opened a gigantic can of worms, that they really and truly do NOT want to have opened! How is that? Because there is such a thing known as "DISCOVERY", which entitles those being sued ( Andrew, James, and Hannah ) to have thier lawyers ask to see anything and EVERYTHING regarding Acorn and each of the two people filing te suit. And yes, that does mean that ACORN will now have to show those being sued their books, all records, and anything else they can think of.

"Add to that, the Baltimore ACORN group had, at the time of the filming, been operating ILLEGALLY in Baltimore! This opens up not only ACORN, but the government of Baltimore and Maryland, to all kinds of serious legal complaints and investigations!

"THIS SHOULD PROVE TO BE LOTS OF FUN TO WATCH UNFOLD! Now, the ACORN mess will continue to be in the news for a very long time."

 :goodpost: Bob,

That was about the best news for Acorn to do. Now it may be possible to see the connections to the top. Of course Fox is already showing it.
But now the lawsuit will make it concrete if of course the "power behind" is more persuasive. But I am not sure that their cup now can contain the overflow of what they have done.

Now SDA SHOULD see with this example the rough time you have had to expose DS and how hard the little "club" has fought to keep their "pew money" and to keep it coming in and hide their profits.

It is also heroic to see at least one (like yourselves) smidgen of the media showing the people what is going down that some can not even fathom. and likewise there could be no Bob and Gailon and the fiasco untouched. More should stand up and more should contribute   :help:  at least in monetary if they cannot get involved or hide behind their offices of security. (they think)!!

I have to admit that an appearace on "America's Stupidest Criminals" might be in order.  However, the org does good work should shake the dust off and contine\ue with their good work....always a bad apple or two in the bunch......sigh.......
