Here is some recent news about Elder Gilley.  I had no idea he was having health problems.  But he needs our prayers.

Update on Jim Gilley

Thank you so very much for your prayers and concern. Pastor Gilley is through surgery. He had three by-passes and a heart valve replaced. The next 6 to 8 hours is critical so please keep him in your prayers.

3ABN’s President Jim Gilley, while sitting  up in a hospital chair and still looking good (even without makeup) although tired, sent his love and humorous (I Think) request for five million dollars in donations to come in on or before his upcoming birthday (which is October, 17—I forget which year; I think he’s about sixty or something like that)

I thought I saw him on the 3ABN live program last Thursday evening, therefore, I assume he is doing OK. :wave:

However. last Thursday's program was a bit different.  The opening comments were on the regular set at 3ABN.  Then the interview was on a different set around a 1/2 circle table with Ron Halverson.  I believe the interview may have been pre-recorded and run along with the regulars set.  It is supposed to be live, but it would have been difficult for Jim and CA to be in two places at the same time.

I would still like to hear a report about how he is doing.

Do we know this for sure?  An update would be nice.
