Read carefully p. 11 of the above, which Simpson filed on Dec. 22, 2008.
And another thing, counselor, if you have done any analysis of the materials from Remnant publications in tandem with contract information from PPA, you see that the "book Deals" referenced in the lawsuit net a good deal more than $300,000. Our sources "understated" the actual sums and we easily deduced the same from the numbers reportedly sold!!!
So Simpson, apparently, let the cat out of the bag nearly two years ago: Nick Miller thought Danny made several hundred thousand dollars in 2006 off of Ten Commandments Twice Removed, but Danny apparently made "a good deal more" than that figure, according to the documents Remnant Publications produced in the lawsuit.

Okay, okay, this isn't breaking news.
Table 1 on p. 3 of http://3abnvjoy/mad-07cv40098/mad-07cv40098-doc-154.pdf#page=3 (http://3abnvjoy/mad-07cv40098/mad-07cv40098-doc-154.pdf#page=3) shows how to figure out that Danny may have made about $500,000 in 2006 from Remnant in royalties and kickbacks.
I just thought it was interesting that Simpson filed that document.
