There I didn't state his name, now he can't sue you.  Is this more acceptable?

What is acceptable is for you to follow the forum rules.  We all feel for you, Alex.  But that does not give you free reign to post what you want about anyone you want with complete disregard for the established rules.  You seem to have an entitlement problem, here.  READ THE RULES, AND FOLLOW THEM.  If you take issue with an administrative action here, your best bet is NOT to post it publicly!!!

I'd like to point out that we are not at AT on a 24/7 base. Some of us have full time jobs elsewhere. And we live in different time zones. When some of you are fully awake on AT others might be sleeping at night, so don't expect an immediate response at any time of the day or night.
