Does it ever happen that people are proud of their own meekness?

Is inheriting the earth equal with owning a large property? Doesn't that require money rather than meekness?

I am sure that happens greatly in the form of fanaticism of dress, diet, and actions.
But true meekness, no as I don't think the meek in spirit realize they are meek as their meekness is defined by their true love of God and His will and that being their first priority. Trying to act meek is not in their mind.

The meek (the true faithful) shall inherit the earth or a mansion as home as Jesus paid their price for it. But looking at it right now I am sure if we have monetary value, we are to put it towards our future treasure for Heavenly home. Yes, in some aspects it does take meekness and money to further someone elses Eternity too. We all have that responsibility. a soul to win or a soul to lose.

It was interesting listening to Doug Batchelor defining meekness.
