If you go to http://vadoc.virginia.gov/offenders/locator/index.aspx and do a search for Tommy Shelton, you'll find that he's now located at the Greensville Correctional Center instead of at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. No idea when he moved.
http://vadoc.virginia.gov/facilities/eastern/greensville/default.shtm has some info about the place. In June 2008 there were about 3,055 inmates there. There's 1,105 acres. The Greensville Work Center is located on the same property.
Tommy's release date is still March 3, 2017, based on the search at the first URL.
