Clearly, Penn State has deeper pockets!!! Cost of an education at PSU is about to go UP substantially!!!

Not only is this guy sick beyond belief, but he's not very smart - going on national television and admitting the things he did.  Where in the world is his attorney?

I heard on the news that Penn State problem person Sandusky was allowed to continue his activities for 15 years after good reasons to question his behavior turned up.

That sounds to me very similar to the 3ABN situation.

From "Jerry Sandusky's 'make-believe world' ":

Quote
News of the Sandusky investigation first surfaced in the spring. The Patriot News in Harrisburg reported that a grand jury was looking into allegations of abuse, mentioning just two boys. Sandusky, it appears, attempted to do some damage control.

According to the grand jury report, he called one young man -- he had not spoken to him in two years -- in the weeks before his accuser was to testify. His wife and a family friend phoned, too; the calls were never returned, the report says.

Sounds so similar, doesn't it? Haven't Tommy and Danny done the same sort of apparent damage control?

I think that's what they have been doing at 3ABN...damage control.

Today I read the documents - many pages - in connection  with the sentence of a 17 year old man in our neighborhood. He got two years in prison for talking a 14 year old girl away from a youth party and behind a school building where he thought everything was in the dark. Besides that he had to pay damages to the girl, her parents, and for three lawyers involved in the case.

The parents think he should have served a longer term. This was a 17 year old boy. What will it do to his future?

What about if he had been a grown-up pastor?
