Quick, No Bake, Coconut Orange Balls

Quick, no-bake, and this could become a new holiday favorite cookie (if you have a real sweet tooth)!
Yield about 40 balls

Ingredients:

1 (12 ounce) vegan box vanilla wafers, crushed
6 ounces frozen orange juice, undiluted
1/2 cup vegan margarine, softened (Earth Balance brand is good)
2 cups powdered sugar
7 ounces sweetened flaked coconut

Directions:

Mix everything except the coconut. Roll into bite-sized balls and roll in coconut.
Refrigerate until firm, or overnight.
