Where have all the 3abnites gone?

Does the fact that the pro-3abn posters
have gone way mean that they figured they were wrong or they scared of a counter subpoena?

well if the are scared what does that mean.

IT would seem to me that if the "TRUTH" is on their side they should have,
not one thing to worry about.

I mean if the "TRUTH" is that Danny had grounds to divorce is wife, and is not know living in sin with this current
wife.   then were is the proof.

I mean if the "TRUTH" is that tommy never cheated on his wife with young men and boys,  then were is the simple plain
denial  of said events.


I mean if the "TRUTH" is that that the books at 3abn have passed with flying colors, were is the proof.


I mean if the "TRUTH" is that that the IRS is no checking over the books then were is a letter of from
saying so.



I mean if the "TRUTH" is that were is any thing that looks like proof,  where is it?

So true Erik. As I've said all along, if there was any shred of 'TRUTH' in all their claims, they'd have trotted out the evidence long before now. Instead, they'll go to any lengths possible to hide TRUTH. In fact, seems to me that dannyites wouldn't know TRUTH if it hit them fair in the face.  :dunno:

If one wants to see the clear, definitively obvious, difference between defendants demand to be "open and transparent" and the plaintiff's view of "let's keep trying to impound everything so no-one can see what the documents actually say", just look at the latest proposed Confidentiality orders regarding the way that discovery documents are to be handled.

Now, if the Chairman Walter Thompson really wants the truth to come out and if the Board really wants the issues resolved once and for all, why hide the documents??? Why did they not produce all the "evidence" they have claimed they have for four years against Linda rather than file a Federal Law Suite and try and put it under seal???

The answer is very clear: THEY ARE FACTUALLY CHALLENGED!!!

THEY HAVE BREACHED LINDA"S DUE PROCESS RIGHTS!!!

AND THEY WILL TRY TO BREACH ANYONE'S RIGHTS THAT DARES TO CHALLENGE OR BLOCK THEIR UNHOLY OBJECTIVES!!!

AND THEY DO NOT FEEL THE LEAST DUTY TO BE ACCOUNTABLE TO THE STOCKHOLDERS IN THE PEWS!!!

Now, one must ask, is this about defending the "innocent" or just plain "corporate arrogance"??

Let's pray it will, Eric. It is now clear that an innocent man has been in prison in Illinois for 26 years, because  the defense lawyears cleared the guilty one. Will something like that happen again?
