John Manly and Jeff Anderson are no longer handling the case.

Too much covert, unexpected, back-and-forth activity?

Important to remember that 93% of all lawyers (approx.) are liars who are mainly interested in enriching themselves.

No offense Adam, but I am starting to wonder if you are being fed bad information.  There is no evidence of a lawsuit having been filed this week in Franklin County, Illinois as was reported in another thread.

Everyone was being fed bad information. Which prompted new counsel being needed.

It may not have occurred to Artiste, but lawyers of Manly and Anderson's caliber don't come cheap, and the want to be plaintiffs don't have any money. So either they are getting "help" financially or the lawfirms took the case on a contigency basis meaning they make nothing if they lose, or a big chunk of the settlement or Judgment, if  an agreement is reached, or it goes to trial and they win the case.

The  first tolling agreement, as claimed by Alex and Adam came and went, now the extension of that has come and gone also without a settlement being made or a suit being filed. It makes no sense for the lawfirms not to have filed a lawsuit unless they knew they had no chance of winning one... In addition, the lawfirms in  question have a habit of releasing press releases and using media blitz tactics when they have strong cases, yet they have said nothing, not once, about Alex Walker and Dennis Turley's "civil case"...

IMHO they used their legal threats to attempt to get something, aka a settlement, and when 3ABN refused to be cowed or admit guilt (as they were not guilty as accused) the lawfirms had nothing they could preceed with and so just cut their losses... Some of us have been claiming all along that  the want to be litigants, particularly Alex, are lying and have a history of that. All these empty claims and promises which never come to pass are further evidence of that for those who want to see.

It seems to me that the chances of any other attorney taking this case, or a civil case ever being filed are slim to none but we will see...

But continue to believe all that Alex and Adam claim if preferring to believe that the lawyers rather than your fellow accusers are the liars helps to keep your boat afloat...

IMHO ...

But you're not supposed to give those kind of opinions, remember? Your user name is Nosir Myzing.

Or are you simply a bald faced liar, claiming to be against surmising while looking for every opportunity to surmise?

I really think you need to come to grips with this issue: If you're going to have a user name like that, you need to live up to it, or else, why would anyone take anything you have to say seriously?

And why would Sir Mizer (the appropriate surname), a pied piper of liars, ever agree to live up to a name or motto...like "mending broken people"...an old saying is that you advertise to your weakest services and 3ABN has been well known for breaking mended people.

Or how about they are the ministry to "counteract the counterfeit" when they are the counterfeit!!!!

Or how about the 3ABN founder is Danny Lee Shelton...after all, why admit it took a team when one annointed liar will do?

Or how about being the publisher of the "Ten Commandments Twice Removed" by a man who is a biblical adulterer!!!

Just keep up the Sir Mizing!!! And we will expose the truth, the only truth and nothing but the truth!!!

The fact that new counsel is being chosen has nothing to do with what Greg Thompson (prof) on the other site tries to imply. The fact is when the victim- plaintiff and old counsel parted ways they encouraged the victim to seek new counsel! Not because they didnt believe ones story. Had nothing to do with that all. The fact is this isn't over- 3ABN is not out of the water.  If, Mitch is the new lead attorney- things will take place unlike before. Mitch Garabedian is the best attorney nationally in these type cases. No, attorney will dispute that- his reputation speaks for itself!
