Quote
Psalm 119:105  (GNT)

105 Your word is a lamp to guide me
and a light for my path.

How about letting Scripture be my light for the day? It is a light, and without light I see nothing.

For me or for some other particular individual?

Hymns and praise:

Here is a web radio station where you hear traditional conservative hymn singing 7/24.

Some nights I tune my iPod to this station and listen through my earphones until I fall asleep while the words of the hymns are tuning me to thinking of my Lord and His salvation - and prayer. If I wake up at night and don't fall asleep right away I reach for an earplug and listen to the singing until I fall asleep again. I need not turn it off because it does not disturb anyone else and the charge lasts for about 24 hours.

Then I can also listen to the singing through my laptop in the background, even while I am posting on AT.
